To access the Wiingman IQ Store, you’ll need to upgrade your profile for $15.99/month. This gives you unlimited access to AI-generated event documents, with no hidden fees.

How customisable are the event templates?

They’re not templates in the traditional sense. Each doc is generated based on your specific inputs — tailored to your event, not pulled from a one-size-fits-all format.

Can I upload my own branding elements or logos to the documents?

Yes. Upload your logo and branding, and we’ll apply it to your final document to keep everything on-brand and client/stakeholder-ready.

Is the platform suitable for events of any size or complexity?

Absolutely! Wiingman IQ is designed to cater to events of all sizes and complexities, from small local events to large-scale, multi-day festivals or conferences.

How secure is my data and event information?

Wiingman IQ uses industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage to ensure that all your data and event information are fully protected.

Can I share documents with my team or external stakeholders directly from the platform?

Not yet. Right now, documents download to your device and can be shared manually. You can also log into your account anytime and re-download files from the My Docs section. Direct sharing is on our roadmap and coming soon.

What level of AI customization is available for event-specific details?

Our AI is trained for the events industry. The more details you input — like locations, staffing, and timings — the more specific and relevant your document becomes.

Are the documents compliant with industry standards?

Yes. We’ve built the system around formats already used and accepted by councils, venues, and event agencies across Australia.

However, users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of each document, as we cannot assume liability for any errors or omissions.

Can the event templates be adapted for different types of events (conferences, festivals, public events)?

Definitely. Just select your event type at the start, and the AI adjusts structure, tone, and content to suit.

What support or guidance is available if I need help?

At this stage there is no feature for live collaboration.

Can I save and reuse documents for future events?

Yes, all your customised documents can be saved in ‘My jobs’ section on your dashboard.
