Wiingman Terms of Use

This page summarises how you can use Wiingman in plain English. If anything here conflicts with our detailed terms, the Full Terms & Conditions apply.
1) Who we are

2) What Wiingman does
We’re an AI-powered event operations platform. Modules include Wiingman IQ (AI documents), Staff Briefs & Risk Plans, Checkpoint & Scanpoint (tracking), Supplier Directory, Community Hub, LMS, Project Hubs (comms & files) and a job board/freelancer engagement tool. Features may change over time.
3) Who can use Wiingman
- Individual Organisers (freelancers)
- Event Organisers (teams) – up to 35 users per plan; larger teams use an Enterprise plan by quote
- Suppliers
4) Subscriptions & billing
- Prices are in AUD and include GST. Billing is via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Wiingman Pro with insurance has a 12-month commitment. Other plans can be cancelled monthly.
- We may offer discounts or free trials occasionally.
- No refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5) Engagements between users
Wiingman connects organisers, specialists and suppliers. We’re not a recruiter, employer or contracting party between users. Organisers must do due diligence (qualifications, insurances, right to work) and use their own contracts. If you ask us to facilitate a freelancer engagement, a separate fee will be agreed in writing.
6) Your content & our IP
- You own your content. You give us a licence to use it to run Wiingman and to improve/train our AI.
- We own the platform, software and AI systems. Don’t copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
7) AI outputs
AI-generated documents are guidance only and not professional advice. Always review and verify before use.
8) Acceptable use
- Don’t break the law, breach IP, or upload harmful content.
- Don’t bypass security or disrupt the platform.
- Respect privacy and other users.
9) Liability & warranties
- We provide the platform “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
- We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits). Our total liability is capped to the subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months, unless the law requires more.
10) Ending or suspending access
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the platform is misused. You can cancel at any time (subject to any minimum commitment on your plan).
11) Disputes
We’ll try to resolve issues with you first. If we can’t fix it within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation in Sydney (Resolution Institute). Court action can follow if mediation fails.
12) Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If you continue to use Wiingman after updates take effect, you agree to the new terms.
